When reporting problems Version field contains data best suited for Platform field

Description
So, I can't select real SL version to report & always have to manually input it. Also Platform field should be added into New Ticket form.

it was also suggested to make the reporting fnunction from lobby auto-fill such a field. gonna tackle this after server move has settled

yep, that would be perfect. i thought about html form & couldn't image how can the field be inputed automatically (javascript has no access to filesystem or registry). but i forgot that you can always report issues from the lobby directly :)

See TracTicketsCustomFields. This looks like it requires raw database access and/or modification of the trac codebase.
